Automatic smoothness tester is an intelligent paper and cardboard smoothness performance testing instrument newly designed and developed according to the principle of the internationally accepted Buick Bekk smoothness meter. The mechanical design of the instrument cancels the traditional lever-weighted hammer structure for manually applying pressure, innovatively uses a cam plus a spring, and uses a synchronous motor to automatically rotate and load the standard pressure. Greatly reduce the size and weight of the instrument. It is used to measure the surface smoothness of paper and cardboard, and it is a satisfactory testing equipment for paper making, packaging, printing, commodity inspection, scientific research and other departments.
